[Resolved]  Safegold — Not providing Correct UTR details on the transition made.

Dear Sir,
As per safe gold customer care agent I have forwarded UTR Number[protected] to IDFC BANK. HOWEVER THEY CONFIRMED NO FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER UTR Number MENTIONED BY SAFE GOLD.

THIS IS VERY BAD CHASING SAFE GOLD FOR MY FUNDS OF SALE. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING SAFE GOLD IS TELLING FUND TRANSFER IS SUCCESS AND IDFC IS TELLING NO FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER UTR MENTIONED MY SAFE GOLD. HELLO SAFE GOLD TEAM DO REFER EMAIL BELOW CONFIRMED BY IDFC PROVING NO FUNDS RECEIVED BY BANK. AND IDFC FIRST BANK ASKED TO REVOKE MY PAYMENT BY SAFE GOLD AND ASKED TO TRANSFER CORRECTLY TO MY CORRECT UPI ID. IF IT IS SMALL AMOUNT I MIGHT HAVE LEFT. HOWEVER THIS IS 6200 rs change. BANK ALREADY SAID NO FUNDS RCVD UNDER UTR[protected]. Hence safe gold team need clarification ASAP. Y r u not responding to my emails neither calls
