Safety Indian Gas Service — overcharging of parts and services

Today 1 person from Safety Indian Gas Service Chanakya Place came to check gas stove at my home in 13/5 West Patel Nagar, New Delhi 110008.Later two persons came for servicing, checking and changing faulty parts. Total bill that they made was for Rs 2660 for changing 2 valves, 4 gas jets and stove L connection and servicing.

Bill provided was also without GST. Where can I raise complaint against this cheating. I understand the cost of the parts replaced could be less than Rs 200.
