Safeway Tpa Services — Delay in reimbursement of maternity claim

Dear sir,
I have to state that my wife hospitalised and operated for pregnancy at Mistry Maternity and Nursing home b r ambedkar rd dadar east mumbai. I have sent claim intimation through app and mail then after discharge I made a claim for reimbursement to Safeway TPA Services with all the relevent documents (original hard copies) on 17th august to The safeway TPA, Later on they asked me 7 queries, out of 5 i had already sent earlier, but again i sent all required documents asked by them

I contacted the safeway team, but they always reply that your claim is in medical process, now its been 2 months, they are doing nothing.
Plese look into the matter as The Safeway TPA is keep avoiding my claim .If there was any doubt they might have clarified it from the Hospital itself.
Kindly direct the Safeway TPA to reimburse the expenditure incurred by me.
