I have placed an order on safexbikes.com previously for a exhaust of my dad's bike hero honda cd 100 on 14th may 2020. Now 5 days have passed since then, and i ve been trying to contact them all these days regarding the order. There are two whatsapp number provided and one for phone calls. One of the whatsapp number seems offline and the other not responding anything valid regarding the order. Then there is the number which provided for phone calls. I tried that umpteen times each time the call was rejected. And a message saying will call back. Is this how customer service is carried out. I'm worried about my hard earned money no matter how small that is. There is not even an option for cancelling the order. Now all i care for is refund. But it seems these guys are scammer. It is all about communication. If they cannot deliver on the order just tell that and refund my money. Why are they hiding like thieves.
