I have placed an order on September 08 2023 for parts for my Karizma R that showed in stock and i even got an email with a tracking which did not work and an a order confirmation . it has been almost 2 months and the status is the same!! they dont even bother to respond to emails or the chat service! I've tired many times.

I placed an order for rs.357/- for engine oil seal kit for Mahindra duro scooter. Order no.469628.dated, 3/10/2023. Till now they are not dispatched or no response from Mobile number or email.

I ordered fron Safexbikes on 20.01.23 wego front panel for Rs 904 including delivery charge. But item was not delivered even after 3 weeks.

I ordered a few products for my bike from their website. I paid rs 2970 for the order via Paytm. I never received an order number and i had to mail them for it. Since then they have gone quiet. Not replying to any of my emails. I found a few phone number to call them but all of them are not in use/switched off or they are deliberately declining my calls. I tried contacting them through WhatsApp to no avail.

I ordered the product from website safexbikes.com on 26 October with full payment online inr 1745 order no 304520.
I tried reaching them thru whatsApp, email, phone but they are not responding with the status of the product as it is too late or giving false promises.
Even they are not refunding the money.

I was ordered a wiring kit for my bajaj chetak Scooter on 13.08.2021. but till now I am not been able to recieve my item. When ever I called to their no., sometime it says unavailable or out of order. May be if some time it works, they are disconnected the call or not recieved. I already gave them couple of mails to know the status of my order, but they didn't even give me a single reply till now. I made advance payment of Rs. 690/- for that. They even not refund my money also.

Ordered few items for pulsar 150 ug2 model out of which 3 items are of different model and does not fit my bike. when i tried claiming return nothing is happening. they don't even available to contact. not responding to whatsapp message.

I've ordered a body kit for my hero karizma bike worth 12000 inr in www.safexbikes.com one month ago. I paid the whole amount of money via sbi net banking. According to them, the product should be delivered within 15 days. But after one month of ordering the product, i have not received anything yet. They are not picking up calls. Once an official named harpreet singh received my call & said he will deliver it the very next day. But it didn't happen actually.
