Safexpess — Rude, ill mannered , unprofessional and inefficient set of people

First of all, they have this illogical constraint that we can place a booking only 2 days before and not earlier. I am really surprised how this will help their better planning!.. I had placed for an order (pick up request), and clearly mentioned that I need 8 boxes. Until the day before pick up they dont even contact you. After multiple followups with their so called customer care, finally I get a call and the delivery person says that he has lots of work, so he cant come to my place to drop the boxes. He made me go to here he was and finally the last blow- He says he has only 4 boxes, and I can take them if I want them, and that he has to hurry.SUch arrogant and rude behavior!!.. When I tell him, that I had ordered for 8 boxes and that I will talk to customer care, he just starts his vehicle and goes away!..And these customer care people, after making me hold on call for 7 minutes, again give me the mobile number of the same person and tell me that he is the one responsible for my area and ask me to give him a call!!...Whether they are so incompetent that they did not understand what I told them or are they so careless about customer experience, I fail to understand.I finally told him that if he is giving me the same number again, it wont help, as I just interacted with that fellow and he doesn't have enough boxes with him and that his behavior was such, the customer care executive says nothing. I finally told him to cancel my order and to my wonder he says 'Ok madam, thank you'. For your information and records, my order number was REQ[protected]. I will never ever go with Safexpress or even recommend their service (or the lack of it) to my friends and colleagues. Unprofessionalism at its peak!!..The worst customer service!!
