The status is marked as undelivered. Noone tried to contact me and I've been waiting the entire day for the delivery.

I have contacted your customer support 3 times still I didn't get any resolution or proper support.

My consignment is undelivered since last 45 days. I have never experienced such poor service from any courier service. Your agents are just cheating and spoiling your company reputation. I would suggest you please take necessary action action such agents which are misleading customers.

I have given my consignment 45 days ago to one of your agent in kashmir. He used to tell me that my consignment will be delivered with 6days....

I have received my Washing Machine with dents on it and it was deliveted upside down. Matress were also delivered in very bad state, the whole packaging was out during delivery also have some broken items.

Loaded three fragile items from safexpress raebareli to mahipalpur, Delhi.. there was television, fridge and washing machine.. received all products in very bad condition.. television is completely damaged.. safexpress needs to reimburse for the damaged products...
