Complaint Regarding Uninformed Delivery, Non-Cooperation and Rude Behaviour by Safexpress Staff

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recent delivery of a heavy machine by Safexpress Shillong.

The delivery was attempted without any prior information or coordination from your team. As the machine is extremely heavy, advance intimation was necessary for us to arrange proper manpower and unloading support. Unfortunately, even the delivery personnel who arrived were unable to lift or handle the machine...

I am lodging a complaint in customer forum, regarding a missing item from my consignment (No.[protected]. Despite reporting this issue via ticket No. 01653564 and providing clear details of not receiving the full consignment, the ticket was closed everytime without resolving the issue. I am still missing 1 box from the consignment.

I request:
- Delivery of the remaining missing item.
- An approximate delivery time for the missing item.

    I ordered a product from Kent and it was to be delivered by safexpress it has reached my city on 18th April but it is not delivered till now. In the tracking menu it is showing that the product was undelivered
    But I didn't received any call from any delivery boy when I tried calling customer care on 20th April he said that product would be delivered next day but it wasn't delivered I called customer care again the next day he said the same thing again and now when I am calling the customer care no one is picking up the call.

      Hi Team,
      This email is with respect to file a complaint against the subjected issue where the goods have delivered in a fully damaged condition whose issue has been escalated a week back to local jodhpur office (MR. Rocky) and via email as well to [protected]@safexpress.com and [protected]@safexpress.com on 21st Jan, 2025 but no response received as yet. The shipment was insured.
      Our companies official email id is miilee.[protected]@gmail.com.
      In total 4 articles were damaged, 3 chairs and 1 dining table, whose photographs have been attached.

      We are completely stuck and client want the full refund of the articles. I have also attached the waybill copy alongwith the remarks for your kind review and action at the earliest and oblige.

      Requesting you to kindly look into this and resolve the issue with full refund of the damaged articles.

        I'm expecting parcel from Pune on 24/10/24 or 25/10/24, which was delivered on 21/10/24. But nothing was received, so we checked and found it's getting delay because of Diwali. When we asked but other delivery companies are delivering material 1- or 2-days delay then why not Safe Express. They forwarded a statement stating that delivery delay because of Diwali, on checking i find out that letter was issue on 28/10/24. That mean they are delaying material purposely or lost my material. Because from Pune to Mumbai any company will deliver the material in 2 or 3 days or maximum 4 days. But they are saying it's delay because of Diwali and we issued notice for that. My concern is that before issuing their notice my parcel should be delivered on site.

                  I sent my motorcycle from Pune Hub to Chandigarh on 1st June 2024. I received the motorcycle from Chandigarh Hub on 8th June 2024. After the motorcycle was unpacked, I noticed that the front indicators were broken and the number plate lamp was broken.
                  The supervisor took my signatures even before the bike was unpacked and that didn't give me a chance to inspect the bike before signing. This is a fraud.
                  During home delivery of the bike, I was surprised to see that SafeXpress didn't have a minor arrangement of a ramp to unload the bike. There were several boxes and other goods kept un top of the bike, inside the truck.
                  SafeXpress treats motorcycles the same way they'd treat a sack of potatoes.
                  The complaint that I had registered at Chandigarh Hub, just seems to be an eyewash with no action.
                  SafeXpress is not safe for motorcycle transport.

                    In this connection, it is desperate to inform you that the material delivered was broken (TV LED broken, Almirah, Cot, Mattress teared, vessles damaged, bike damaged), i have explained this concern to transporter in coimbatore Mr.Sethuraman[protected], he was telling that for claiming i should have lodge complaint in gujarat by saying that material received at broken at the time of delivery... Working in a private concern i always used safe express for transfer but this time i had bitter experience with safe express that my material unsafely delivered..
                    Kindly look into this and need clear indication about my claiming sir.
