This is regarding waybill no.[protected],
the receiver name is Mayuree Sen.
No attempt was made to call her and the parcel is kept on hold.
Contacted their customer care many times, visited the source office too, requested call back but no call back received, we need this to be delivered ASAP and want the delivery boy to at least call when at the location so even if I am not at home i can coordinate with my neighbor to pick it up.
