[Resolved]  Safexpress — Cartoon breakage and tear.

I sent 2 cartoons provided by them, from Pune to Guwahati.

My waybill is 92056466.

I don't know how they deliver the cartoons.

But when my family received the cartoons, both of them were completely cracked and teared from oit sides.

Really dissatisfied with the way they might be handling the cartoons. C'mon they aren't bags you play volleyball with.

Or else improve the quality of the cartoons.

It was new when I sent them from Pune.

But it was cracked open when it reached Guwahati.

What happened to them ?

Atleast I believe no matter what happens, atleast I believe you should not let the cartoon tear this much to a large extent.

Keeping cartoon in its original and safe condition should be your duty.
