I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recent delivery of a heavy machine by Safexpress Shillong.
The delivery was attempted without any prior information or coordination from your team. As the machine is extremely heavy, advance intimation was necessary for us to arrange proper manpower and unloading support. Unfortunately, even the delivery personnel who arrived were unable to lift or handle the machine properly, which caused considerable inconvenience and disruption at our premises.
Further, when we raised this concern, the concerned manager displayed non-cooperative and rude behaviour. Instead of assisting in resolving the issue or rescheduling the delivery with proper coordination, he insisted that the machine had to be delivered the same day, citing lack of space at their facility. This approach was unprofessional and did not take into account the practical difficulties at our end.
We expect better communication, customer support, and professionalism in handling deliveries of such nature. We request you to kindly investigate this matter and ensure that proper prior intimation and cooperative conduct are maintained for all future deliveries.
