Safexpress — Product delivered with damage

Hi, Myself Jasper, I have been delivered with a parcel today 22/08/2024. My waybill number is[protected]. the bed which has been delivered has a big hole in it. How can be a big hole in the furniture? Could you please check and provide the compensation. I have also attached the picture with the delivery persons.
