[Resolved]  Safexpress — Refused to come to the Pick up location

I have booked campus to home service which is a door to door service. My pincode 562125 is avaliable for pick up still the concerned people told me that they cannot come for pick up. Instead, they asked me to drop my lugagge near kudlu gate office which is 30 km from my place. I booked my pick up on 17th and i didnt get confirmation of anything until 18th evening if someone has received the request or not.
I have waited for 2 days and all i get to hear is that they are not coming for pick up.
Who will refund my travel costs to kudlu gate and back?
This is an extra cost that is a burden and would like to get in contact with someone who can resolve this issue.
