My courier was picked up on 30th April 2022 from Ranchi to Bangalore under waybill[protected]. Delivery estimated on 6th May.However the items are arrived in Bangalore on 5th may but it’s not getting delivered for last 5 days. Any call to customer care goes on waiting for infinite time and other times it does not even connect. I have not been contacted even one time since I requested for return call from customer care. Clearly the service quality is pathetic and the support is also poor.
