This is to inform all that this company is fraud everyone in the name of membership. they forcefully sale there membership in 29/09/23 without my final consent for their plan but i instantly denied to the sales executive for the membership and told him to cancel the plan and refund my all money and after that i am continously trying to connect the company though their listed Mobile Nos [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] provided in website. and Email ID- [protected]@saffireholidays.com and company directer Email ID - [protected]@gmail.com But no one is picking up the calls and no reply on mails its being 02 months i have not received any positive reply from the company for refund of my hard earn money i have sent 29 mails and hunders of calls in 02 months but not getting any respose due to this my mental health is distrubing. 01 installment for their membership package has been deducted from my account in nov-2023 and 2nd due in dec-2023 but no one is responding from company for refund of my money Kindly ban this fraud company and nab the fraudsters who are running this business egitimately in mussoorie. And all of those who have purchased there membership kindly lodge a complaint against them and to all who are willing to buy there membership kindly dont get trap. Save your hard earned money.
