This is a fraud company and its just interest in a persons money.
I had visited Mussoorie, in mid Nov 2025.
Initially me and my family was happy to get collaborated with the firm. But few days later, we requested them for a booking which was promised as per the promotion. since we are in mumbai so its difficult to travel everytime to North India for vacation. This was initially discussed and informed the Saffire Holiday service person and they agreed to provide an alternative.
After the inititial email was generated for the say request with flexible dates. Just no confirmation / even communication.
when requested for a refund (CPY Rep says: - its against CPY policy)
so they dont provide refund, they dont provide any service. they just need money.
that a fraud CPY, please close this sham.
