Sahara City homes Lucknow — Non possession of flats

I have booked two 2bhk flats in sahara city homes in 2012. The possession was due on 31.Nov. 2015
I have deposited some total of 45lakhs. Now due to current situation of sahara I want them to refund my money.have send them mail but it's of no use and calling up their office is of no use.kindly tell me how to get my money back.
