still they are not giving possession, also not giving any specifc dates

Sahara City homes Lucknow — No response from developer
I booked a independent house with Sahara city homes Lucknow in June 2007 and paid all my installments, which got over in Aug'10. Since than there is no communication from their office even after calling them no answer is being given. Please guide me how to tackle with them.
