Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited — Have not received Maturity amount

I, account holder with account number [protected], had deposited a sum of rupees 11000 on 20/09/2016 to the Sahara A. Select. Sahara has to pay me the maturity amount of rupees 12793 on the maturity date 20/03/2018.

But by the date the sahara continuously denied me to pay by saying that they have no money to pay me and so refused to help me in the matter.
