I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my Sahara refund claim which is currently stuck due to an issue beyond my control.
I had applied for refund through the CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal. My claim was marked as “Deficiency Communicated” due to a name mismatch. When I attempted to correct and resubmit my claim, I encountered the following error:

In 2014 my father did FD of total amount 26000 in two parts i.e., each of 13000 rupees in Sahara credit cooperative society limited. The amount of both FD was matured on 10/10/2019 and the matured amount which we were supposed to get was 23, 426 rupees for each FD which makes total amount 46, 852 rupees for both. But due to company's own financial problems, the money is not provided to us till date. We tried contacting the them but got no response as there office is closed from a long time. I also filled a grievance on the official website of SCCSL but haven't got any response from their end

I make a policy of Rs. 31000/- and after maturity the SAHARA CREDIT COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED office Dharamshala not paid my policy assured amount 36053/- and neither principal amount i.e 31000/- I belong to below poverty line family and my health is not good. however in these circumstances I made many request to regional office dharamshala for given me above amount but no satisfactory reply given by said office. I have two Sahara F2 .A.Select matured but despite trying my hard to get the amount back but yet i have not got the amount.
Maturity date is 04/12/2019 i am still waiting for the amount.

I deposited Rs 15012 in Sahara Credit Cooperative society Limited on the date 20/04/2018 as Sahara special fix of Certificate number[protected] and Account number [protected]. The maturity date was 20/10/2019 and the maturity amount was Rs 17579. But till now the Sahara Credit Cooperative society has not refunded me the said money.

Unhone meri last payment ki receipt nhi di hai jabki mene unko cash payment ki thi.

Kuch mahino se 3-4 month se merse pese lene bhi nahi aare, phone krne pe kehte h ki koi GST ka issue h sahara company ke sath unke computer nahi chal rahe h or payment nhi ho ri h na le re na de re h.

I had invested in Sahara credit cooperative society on date 22/12/2011. My maturity date was 22/12/2019.
I had took in total of 4 certificates. But till then I didn't receive any further information on this. Due to this covid-19, we have landed now into financial troubles. Can you please help with this.

I have RD account of Rs. 500.00/month with Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. for 5 years from August-2010 having A/c No. [protected] and Membership No. [protected] and maturity date was 16/09/2015. But till date I have not received my matured amount, for which agent replied that no member is getting their matured amount and all the amount has been reinvested. And the manager at Dantewada office replied that some amount has been reinvested in someone else's name and the balance amount has been already released which out of my knowledge.
Now neither agent nor manager is confirming the clear status. As per agent my maturity amount is Rs. 33, 000.00. Also as per agent request for receipt of matured amount on November-2015 I have submitted him my RD passbook.

Request you to help me out from this.

I am mrs kamlawati devi. Sr I had invested with sahara india cooperative society limited under the fixed deposit scheme with it in bhojpur dist. Of bihar shahpur branch, arrah sector and bhojpur region. With maturity year 2020 in may. I applied for withdrawal of fixed deposit but even after 2 years they procrastinating me by giving dates. Sr i need those money so badly. So its my humble request to please make me to refund those money.
