Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited — Maturity amount claim

I took a plan of 5 years of 5200 rs per month, it have been completed on this march 2022, but i am not getting my money back, i have visited the branch no one sits there and they say that they dont know when the amount will refund, so please help me to claim my account
