I Manoj Kumar S/o Sh. Pritam Chand R/o Village Garh Sukkar P.O Sukkar Tehsil Dharamshala Distt. Kangra H.P 176057. I make a policy of Rs. 31000/- and after maturity the SAHARA CREDIT COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED office Dharamshala not paid my policy assured amount 36053/- and neither principal amount i.e 31000/- I belong to below poverty line family and my health is not good. however in these circumstances I made many request to regional office dharamshala for given me above amount but no satisfactory reply given by said office. My policy account no. is [protected] and policy receipt no is [protected]. I humbly requested paid me said amount earliest.
