I would like to lodge a complaint regarding my Sahara refund claim which is currently stuck due to an issue beyond my control.
I had applied for refund through the CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal. My claim was marked as “Deficiency Communicated” due to a name mismatch. When I attempted to correct and resubmit my claim, I encountered the following error:
“Society has not uploaded AOF/MF for this membership number. Kindly contact society.”
Due to this, I am completely unable to proceed with the resubmission process.
I have already submitted all valid documents including Aadhaar and PAN, and my correct name matches all official records. The error is clearly on the part of the society, which has failed to upload the required Account Opening Form (AOF) / Membership Form (MF).
I have already:
Filed grievance on government portal (CPGRAMS)
Submitted an appeal
Contacted through available channels
However, I have only received generic responses advising me to resubmit the claim, which is not possible due to the above-mentioned system restriction.
This has caused unnecessary delay, and my refund amount remains stuck.
I request the concerned authority and Sahara Credit Cooperative Society to:
Immediately upload the required AOF/MF documents linked to my membership, OR
Process my refund claim based on the documents already submitted by me
