I am a depositor of Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Ltd and have applied for a refund through the CRCS-Sahara Refund Portal.
My claim was marked with a deficiency due to a name mismatch between my Aadhaar and the society's records. I have obtained a notarized name-mismatch affidavit (dated 23 March 2026) and tried to resubmit my claim. However, the portal shows this error and does not let me proceed:
"Society has not uploaded AOF/MF for this membership number. Kindly contact Society."
This is a failure on the society's part, as it has not uploaded the scanned Account Opening Form / Membership Form against my membership number. I have contacted the society several times, but I have received no response and no action.
