Sub: Illegal deduction by Sahara Q Gold Mart Limited, Sahara India Bhawan, Lucknow
Sir,
This is with reference to my complaint and telephonic conversation on[protected] regarding illegal deductions for Sahara Gold Bond, by Sahara Q Gold Mart Limited, Sahara India Bhawan, Lucknow . The anomalies in the payment of following bonds have been marked:

1. Anjana Agarwal / Atul Kumar Agarwal [protected]/[protected] Matured on 22.1.18
Paid vide Cheque dated 17.2.2018 for Rs 45788/-, Deducted TDS Rs 1532/- illegally.
2. Anjana Agarwal / Atul Kumar Agarwal [protected]/[protected] Matured on 22.1.18, Paid vide Cheque dated 17.2.2018 for Rs 45788/-, Deducted TDS Rs 1532/- illegally.
3. Bharat Kumar Agarwal [protected]/[protected] Matured on 22.1.18 Paid vide Cheque dated 17.2.2018 for Rs 45788/-, Deducted TDS Rs 1532/- illegally.
4. Bharat Kumar Agarwal[protected]/[protected] Matured on 3.7.2012, Paid on 26.7.17 TDS deducted Rs 1281/- illegally
5. Bharat Kumar Agarwal[protected]/[protected] Matured on 3.7.2012 Maturity amount Rs 45560/- Paid Rs 40001/- on 26.7.17 instead of Rs 45560/- through on-line funds transfer in Bank account, Less paid Rs 5559/--

The total TDS deducted illegally is Rs 5877/- ( 1532+1532+1532+1281/-) and Rs 5559/- amount was paid less for above at Sl.No.5, i.e. Total amount Rs 11436/- which needs to be reversed.
It is therefore requested that orders may please be issued to reverse the amount of Rs 5877/- + Rs 5559/- with upto date interest of 2-3 years and penalty which RBI deems fit through Demand draft/ online-funds transfer deducted towards TDS and less payment.
