They have not uploaded the Account opening form/Membership form on the CRCS refund portal. They have given either fake certificates or there is discrepancy in the data of their offices as there is mismatch in Name of the society, mismatch in receipt number, mismatch in Membership number. I have applied in the portal and my application was rejected by showing that your name written on the bond and your adhaar name mismatches. Actually, the name of mine written in the bond was Swarnaprava panda and my adhaar name was Swarnaprabha Panda which was correct. Everywhere in my documents my name is Swarnaprabha Panda, so if i will change it, it will be a mess for me. Kindly suggest my what should I do....

I had Invested my Hard-earned Money In Sahara, Stars multipurpose co-op. society ltd. for my daughter's education and family future expenses.
Maturity date of the invested amount is already completed on 1-Dec-2020 & They are not releasing my amount of Ten lakh thirty-two thousand rupees & Sahara India parivar is not responding.
Please help me to get my hard earned money.

Subject: The site is not allowing me to edit while going to resubmission option.

Sir,
I have applied for refund of my claim from Sahara India of my different policies and deposits but it has been rejected saying error as “ your claim do not match with the record provided by sahara India portal”
The portal reply is saying please provide correct account number.
The portal is having an edit button facility but while clicking on edit button it is showing pop-up error as “The details provided by depositor has not matched with the society database/record provided by the society (Name/ Membership/Account No. etc) orthe deposit has matured after 31 March 2023.”
I have tried contacting customer support toll free number[protected] /[protected] /[protected] / [protected] but they always keep on line for hours and hours and not getting any resolution.
I have deposits of around more than 2.5lakhs in 6 different deposit schemes.
I am attaching the receipt of different deposits.

Kindly take action at your end at the earliest and resolve the issue as our family is in need of fund for medical purpose.
