Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society — Aof/mf not uploaded

My membership no is[protected]. I submitted all the details for claim.
When I uploaded the image of my certificate and submit the claim, an error is pop up while submitting. Error message is Society has not uploaded AOF/MF for this membership number. Kindly contact Society.
Kindly look into this and resolve the problem.
