request to resolve scanned images not uploaded status in crcs portal

When I uploaded the image of my certificate and submit the claim, an error is pop up while submitting. Error message is Society has not uploaded AOF/MF for this membership number. Kindly contact Society.

    After login in everything went smoothly for me but when I started adding the claim so my first film got added easily but when I add the second claim it always says session expired
    At first I thought that it was showing session expiration because of keeping it open for a long time or because of repeated login but when I tried again after 24 hours it is still says session has expired so how do I add my second claim?
    What is the problem that my second claim is not getting added please let me know

        I had submitted my all the claims on crcs portal but when i am seing the status now then my all the claims are rejected . It is showing that "Your membership is incorrect or not found in the database..", although my all the details are correct . When i went to resubmission portal for correction then it is not allowing me to correct and showing that "This claim cannot be Updated due to following reasons:
        1. The details provided by depositor has not matched with the society database/ records provided by the Society (Name/ Membership/Account No. etc.) or The deposit has matured after 31 March 2023" . although my all the claims had been matured before 31 March 2023. Please take care of it and let me allow to resubmit the form and return back my money. They all are fraud.

          During the re submission during the validation of certificate the portal show that Society has not uploaded AOF/MF for this membership number. Kindly contact Society.

            sahara money refund

            Inspite of submitting all necessary documents on the crcs resubmission login website, I am not able to move forward with the resubmission application.

            It is showing the error message "Society has not uploaded AOF/MF for this membership number. Kindly contact society."
