Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society — complaint about non payment of policy after maturity

Hi sir,
I would like to inform you that i have 2 policies under the saharayn universal multipurpose society limited one with the policy no.[protected] and other one with the number[protected] having the same maturity date of 06/01/2015 after complaining multiple times i have not yet received the payment of either of the policies.
I have visited azadpur branch (1340) and submitted my complaint multiple times but after that also i have not get any respond from the manager. He pretends to note down the complaint but never takes the action so is the agent. He also not listening and entertaining my queries and complaint.
Kindly, take the action on my complaint because i am in the need of money and need to solve this asap.
