Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society — Did not receive payment after completion of bond

This is shahida siddique. I issued a bond in 2013 which completed on march 2018.. i have been trying to contact the contractor and the corporation but they are not receiving any calls.. i need to withdraw my money but it's been 2 years i have not received any response regarding anything. I want my money withdrawn as soon as possible
