Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society — Maturity amount not disbursed

My parents have purchased seven policy of the sahara group company .
All of which have been matured way back in year 2021 but we have not received payment of even a single policy
Its highly unprofessional and unethical practice
How can these guys just harm the trust of innocent people and deprive them of your hard earned money so mercilessly
Since past 1 year sahara officials are just palying merry go round with us and just giving us false hopes and now our patience has reached its peak
We canrt wait further we are in urgent need of funds
Moreover it is already a reinvested amount as when in year 2018 when policies got matured for the first time u guys that time also made same excuse and got our amount blocked for another 3 years
But this time we cant afford to do the same
Its really a very urgent matter and these funds is our last hope
