Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society — sahara money refund

Inspite of submitting all necessary documents on the crcs resubmission login website, I am not able to move forward with the resubmission application.

It is showing the error message "Society has not uploaded AOF/MF for this membership number. Kindly contact society."

Please help with the solution. I can provide more information.
