Dear Team my Name is Naresh I have registered for Singapore job in SAI EDUCATION JOB CONSULTANCY My registration number 17869, 2797.i applied for refund I paid one lakh on 02/02/2022, for the job I called so many times they never pick up my call just they rply for msg. Every time they said just wait 2 months, 2 months 2 months like this I applied refund 8months still I haven't get refund here I raised complaint 3rd time after I raised complaint here then only I got a cal from consultancy means after 2 years. 13/04/2024 they send DEED OF RESCIND document I signed and finger print I sent back through e mail in that document they mentioned refund date 06/05/2024 on same day I asked refund they simply say just wait we are doing like this after that same day means 06/05/2024 7pm got a email from them sorry for inconvenience we will do refund on 10/05/2024. Again I msg 10/05/2024 they said just wait we are doing ur refund same day 7pm I got a email from them they mentioned sorry for inconvenience will do refund on 16/05/2024. Like this they are saying. Please help me how am suffering please think and help .

I had registered for job in Sai consultancy feb 5 th 2024 and paid ₹ 1000. I havent recieved any calls regarding interview after that. So i requested for the refund after 6 weeks. They are responding as we will initiate the refund immediately, i sent so many mails and called them as well. Every time they are responding like that. Not yet recieved my cash

I paid 50 k amount for the job of Data scientist position at IBM. and waited for almost months
I paid on Oct 2023 and till didn't get any job confirmation mail from them.
It's completely scam company.
They wasted almost my time and money
They broke my hope and made my life miserable
Don't waste your money on these scammers.BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMERS

I raised complaint 3 months back, they will ask you sign on the document with future date to refund the money. if you signed that document then thats it. It is like signing on white paper but they won't refunf any money. whaterver you ask they won't reply. fraud consultancy. don't believe.don't believe.

I’m Gokilavani and my bill no:1996. They promised to secure a job in 90 days but its been 8 months and they are always delaying it so we asked for a refund and already raised complaint in the forum. They asked to resolve the issue and they told they will pay in 3-4 weeks but its almost 5 weeks and they didn’t return it. And now again they are delating saying that they will return on April 23.

On October 4th, 2023, I paid them ₹51, 000 (Rupees Fifty One Thousand Only) for their job placement services in securing a Full Stack Developer position at IBM. As per the signed agreement, SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY guaranteed job placement within 45-75 days.

Breach of Agreement:

However, SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY has failed to deliver on their promise. For over seven months, they have repeatedly postponed the job placement timeline with various excuses. Additionally, they have displayed a complete lack of communication and responsiveness. Neither Rajini madam nor Princy madam have initiated contact and have ignored my numerous phone calls and messages.

Request for Resolution:

Given the clear breach of contract and wasted time, I have decided to terminate my association with SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY. I request a full refund of ₹51, 000 (Rupees Fifty One Thousand Only) at the earliest. I have attached a copy of my bill and payment receipt for your reference.

Urgency of Refund:

A prompt resolution is critical as I require the refunded amount to enroll in another course and pursue my career goals. Further delays are unacceptable.

Consumer Protection:

SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY's deceptive practices and failure to deliver promised services constitute a violation of consumer rights. I urge you to take necessary action against them to prevent them from exploiting other students.

After numerous follow-ups, I have yet to receive my refund. It has been more than five months, and despite filing a consumer complaint, there has been no proper response or initiation of the refund procedure. Their reply will the same default mail sending “will contact you” for the past five months.

This consultancy is provide a fake job offer for abroad jobs (ex. Singapore, Poland ). They are cheated lot of peoples. They are cheated 1 lakh from me. Please don't give advance amount. Please don't pay advance amount. You will pay after get a visa and ticket.
I paid 1 lakh for Singapore job. But they are not arranged. They cheated many times. I was asked refund after 4 month. I asked my amount. They are blocked me. Please don't trust this consultancy.
