I applied a job in Singapore through Sai education and Job consultancy. They make an agreement for this and getting 101000rs money from me at November 2023. The agreement is they give a job visa within march month otherwise return my money at the month last. They dont provide interviews or offer letter to me . So I applied for a refund in March month. They tell that within 2 weeks we will refund your money without deduction. But every time they tell another dates and same reason (we will complete as soon as possible) and dont give my money. I am waiting 7 months for my money. They dont give my money and proper reasons.

And I paid registration fee 1, 000.
Then I get one offer in November month
And I paid for job 50, 000.
The job was delaying so I cancelled my application and refund.
And June 15 I got my money 50, 000
And they asked your application fees also refund by EOD.

But till now didn't get refund form and not getting proper response
Always they telling soon you will get .

Refund my money quickly.

**So refund my Application fee (Registration fee) by EOD.
1, 000/- (One thousand rupees only).**

It's been 65 days from the date they promised to provide refund.
Still it's processing, While paying they urge us to provide amount on time but while on return they didn't keep promises
It's not fair and professional too

Hi, my name is Maha Sri and my bill number is 2366. I applied for a job in Singapore through a consultancy. They asked me to pay 1 lakh rupees as an initial payment to start the procedure, which I paid on December 14. They assured me that the process would be completed within 3 months. However, they have not made any progress and asked me to wait until June. I applied for a refund on April 4, and they promised it would be refunded within 3 to 4 weeks. When I called on May 4, they did not answer the phone and only messaged me saying they would start the online procedure in two days. After a week, they said they would send a deed with a specified date for the refund. Finally, they mentioned the 25th and asked me to sign the deed. Today, they emailed me saying the refund will be processed by the 30th. refund as soon as possible.

This is in regards to the refund requested from Sai Consultancy for the fees paid of 1 Lakh and 1, 000 paid for registration.

I registered with Sai Consultancy for their employment services in Sep 2023. They promised to provide me a job in Singapore in 3-4 months. After 4 months they asked me to wait for another 3 months saying there is recession going on and also the government is not approving passes. I trusted them and waited for 3 more months, now they are asking to wait for 3 more months citing some lame excuses.
Therefore, we have decided to withdraw from this process and their services and requested refund, which they said i will receive it within 4 weeks. Its 7 weeks now, they are not giving any proper response and telling, we will update you, or not answering the calls.
Request you to refund my amount at the earliest or will have to take legal action as we are urgently in need of money.

Every time they said just wait 2 months, 2 months 2 months like this I applied refund 8months still I haven't get refund here I raised complaint 3rd time after I raised complaint here then only I got a cal from consultancy means after 2 years. 13/04/2024 they send DEED OF RESCIND document I signed and finger print I sent back through e mail in that document they mentioned refund date 06/05/2024 on same day I asked refund they simply say just wait we are doing like this after that same day means 06/05/2024 7pm got a email from them sorry for inconvenience we will do refund on 10/05/2024. Again I msg 10/05/2024 they said just wait we are doing ur refund same day 7pm I got a email from them they mentioned sorry for inconvenience will do refund on 16/05/2024. Like this they are saying. Please help me how am suffering please think and help .

I had registered for job in Sai consultancy feb 5 th 2024 and paid ₹ 1000. I havent recieved any calls regarding interview after that. So i requested for the refund after 6 weeks. They are responding as we will initiate the refund immediately, i sent so many mails and called them as well. Every time they are responding like that. Not yet recieved my cash

I paid 50 k amount for the job of Data scientist position at IBM. and waited for almost months
I paid on Oct 2023 and till didn't get any job confirmation mail from them.
It's completely scam company.
They wasted almost my time and money
They broke my hope and made my life miserable

I raised complaint 3 months back, they will ask you sign on the document with future date to refund the money. if you signed that document then thats it. It is like signing on white paper but they won't refunf any money. whaterver you ask they won't reply. fraud consultancy. don't believe.don't believe.

I’m Gokilavani and my bill no:1996. They promised to secure a job in 90 days but its been 8 months and they are always delaying it so we asked for a refund and already raised complaint in the forum. They asked to resolve the issue and they told they will pay in 3-4 weeks but its almost 5 weeks and they didn’t return it. And now again they are delating saying that they will return on April 23.

As per the signed agreement, SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY guaranteed job placement within 45-75 days.

Breach of Agreement:

However, SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY has failed to deliver on their promise. For over seven months, they have repeatedly postponed the job placement timeline with various excuses. Additionally, they have displayed a complete lack of communication and responsiveness. Neither Rajini madam nor Princy madam have initiated contact and have ignored my numerous phone calls and messages.

Request for Resolution:

Given the clear breach of contract and wasted time, I have decided to terminate my association with SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY. I request a full refund of ₹51, 000 (Rupees Fifty One Thousand Only) at the earliest. I have attached a copy of my bill and payment receipt for your reference.

Urgency of Refund:

A prompt resolution is critical as I require the refunded amount to enroll in another course and pursue my career goals. Further delays are unacceptable.
