If any calls come from the above company please do not pay. They will say that they are reputed times group but they are not. Times group do not charge. I have been duped of rs 18000 by mr balakrishnan (As he called himself ([protected]) for giving me a job /interview. He will call you numerous time until you give the amount. He will start with a amount of rs 1200, once you give he will demand more. Then again one more time.

This complaint is regarding an issue with my job portal I bought from Timesjob in September 2014. A serious issue was escalated the corporate team and the managers where I still am not getting resumes of candidates against the job posting I bought. I have paid the full amount before the services were started as that was a requirement. My account was created by Mr. Vinay Panchgham. On Oct 9th 2014 I left a msg to inform about issue i am facing.On 28th October 2014, my account manager (Vinay) came informed he has no solution to this issue. Since then, no one reverted back till November 1st 2014. I had to several follow up emails. On Nov 3rd 2014, I sent an email to cancel services and process refund. On 7th Nov 2014 I had a brief discussion with account manager and he stated 'i will send an email to corporate team, lets see if they can provide a solution else I can't do much'. When i questioned about the delay he turned rude and misbehaved with me. Hence, I asked him to leave my office. I escalated this issue to his manager, Mr. Umesh Bopche, who informed Vinay is the only person available in Nagpur representing timesjob, I need to adjust with him and seek help from him. I then escalated it to Umesh's manager Mr. Nilabh Kapoor. I had to follow up with corporate team for his response too. After several email exchanges, I perceived that times jobs is not providing a solution whatsoever and they also stopped responding to my emails. As I am not in the country, I asked my Hiring Manager to contact Mr. Panchgam to inform that ma'am will share the login details but only in a condition that we need an extension of services for the 2 months and 1 week we lost in solving the issues and yet we have no solution in hand. To add to my surprise, Mr. Panchgham clearly denied to help for the same. Inspite of several emails to the management and corporate team, there was no response to many of my emails which I feel is insulting.The conclusion I get is no one except Mr. Panchgam is representing times job in Nagpur and if he misbehaves with company’s in such a manner, management turns a deaf ear to the escalations. I can clearly presume Timesjob was only interested to get the amount out of Classic Recruitment Consultancy and none of the staff to manager's are being able to help resolve the issue I am facing since almost 5 months now. The only option left for me was to send a Legal notice where I either asked to provide an extension or a refund for the services. Hence, I request you to please follow up with this issue as I am really frustrated by their ignorance. Thanks.

Initially I had registered with Magicbricks. But afterwards I requested to block my Mail Id etc. so many times over phone as well as on mail to [protected]@magicbricks.com. Their staff had every time promised "that it would be blocked within 24 hrs" but still no fruitful result has come.

Sir I request yourself kindly do needful or advice me the way how UserID could be blocked?

some body is asking 1600 for registration fee for getting interview call.asking us to tell transaction id and branch details after depositing in icici bank

I have suffered a lot. I got a call from Pankaj of times job.He said to pay 2150Rs. and i will get interview calls after 10 days and after paying the money Dhiraj said that Pankaj will be in touch with me. But 1 year over I didn't receive a single call.

It will be better I get my money back...

I got a call from mr.Saurab singh on 29.06.2012 stating that he is from timesjobs.Com, he started the conversation that there is a vacancy in abroad and he requires my details. I said ok iam intrested to go abroad ie singapore and malaysia.Then he said there will be onetime charge of 4150.00 for the services as mentioned in the below website

he said timesjobs will prepare the resume as per the requirements of the different countries which they will forward. I belived them just for the reason they are from "timesjob" not from any private consultancy. I asked him thrice, that will they charge any thing extra other than the said 4150 amount.Mr saurab replied that they wont charge anything and he also added that this service is for a life time if I pay it once.
Today , 2 june saurab called me and he said he has forwarded the resume to the next level of his team and he requires 2400.00 rupees as a charge of verification of my documents.I said iam not going to pay any charges coz he stated earlier that he wont charge anything extra other than 4150. I asked him to give service for which he has taken the amount 4150.Iam shocked to listen , he said " we are not going to process untill I pay him the said 2400 amount". Kindly help me in this regards.

Two months back on 14th April I got a call from Times Business Solutions Ltd. for an interview and on 20th of April I was selected to be a part of the company to work for Magic Bricks. I was told that I will get my offer letter within a week and I can join from 1st week of May. They dint mention anything about the salary but I was told I will be paid as per industry standards.

Today its more than two months and I am still following up with the HR of your company for my offer letter and my joining.

Month of May

In the month of May the HR said there are appraisals going on in the company and hence the HR and MD is busy so it will take few more days. There was no clarity on when exactly it will be processed they always kept saying that it will take 2-3 days and sometimes a week. On 3rd week I asked the HR why is my joining delayed and the reply was that I am a rehire in Times Group so they need a approval from MD which is still in process and I was promised it will be done by 1st week of June.

Month of June

I waited for whole week but there was no response from the HR. Second week I personally visited the office to find out why things are getting delayed. The HR made me meet the regional head. He told me the same reason that appraisals were going on in month of may, every paper is ready and is with the MD and they are just waiting for his approval and by this month I will start working with the company. Third week I got a call from HR saying that I will get my offer letter in a day or two and after two days when I called up the response was that its not yet ready. They said that they have done all their work but they don't have the approval yet. Now its the last week and still there is no positive response.

1: Convincing and Commitments to Me.

I was continuously receiving the calls from their sales person Mr. Nikhil Gabba from 15th march to 30th march. He convinced me totally (on phone) in these 15 days by his fake commitments and polished talks.
He told me our experts will write your resume in best manner, your resume will be forwarded to 20,000 HR professionals across the country and also forwarded to 1250 Indian consultants and 100 International consultants. Then you will receive Interview calls very soon after availing our premium services even at very Good salary package, As you are an regular MBA student from the premier institute.
He even told me that the Prices will be doubled from 1st April, 11 onwards. So I availed their premium Services by 31st March. He had just completed his sales target of financial year 2010-11. Now he has left his job from timesjobs.com. (i.e. Times Business Solutions Ltd. Noida)

2: Changed/Poor response of Timesjobs.com

As I had paid for their premium services, they are simply ignoring, they are not providing me the Interview calls, they had committed to provide. Now the behaviour of the organisation (Times Business Solutions Ltd.) is changed, even they are not answering me properly. I feel like I have been cheated.
I am not getting any interview calls related to my job profile, When I call their customer support executives (only one girl each time), she answer me that there is no vacancy matching to your profile. But at the same time I am getting call & reply from other JOB consultants like Naukri.com and Monster.com (without paid services of Naukri n monster)

3: I Need Justice

In the name of premium services, they are just cheating the innocent people/customers (who are totally unaware about these telephonic/online traps). After few months this service would be finished. Its my Humble request Please take a strict action against them.
I am quite upset from their fake commitments, fake services. Kindly help me and guide me, Now what should I do?

I got call from this no's:[protected],[protected],regarding the career offer froms timsjob. they had explained about the career offer of by paying 13500/- though online so that ve can get job thought it. and also option of paying throught ICIC bank, Account no:[protected]. and the address is Times Business solutions lmt.the amount i had paid is 1220/- if pay throuhg bank.after paying the amount i got call and they asked send the sacnned image of the pay-in -slip paid throught bank.After mailing the copy of pay-in-slip to ([protected]@timesjob.com) i didnt get any call or any comformation mail form timesjob.com. So please help me out.

I am facing Unnecessary Harassment, I opted for 2 yr. subscription from Timesjobs, gave them posted dated advance cheques, the after sales was very poor, i did not get any support from the account manager who sold that to me, even i recieved the bill for that after 2 months, also some quality features in that portal were not accurate, which results in wastage of time and money, It was communicated to the account manager many times, his answers were insatisfactory, he didn't come at us after selling the services. After that our industry met with a severe recession problem which is global now.So due to our unsatisfaction from the services and recession, I informed to the that time accounts manager to Cancel my subscription for second year and return our balance Advance cheques-this happened in 8th month of the subscription by then we had already cleared 1 year. subs. payment. So instead of cooperating with client and giving proper customer support without giving us any notice they blocked our services within 10 month and 28 days..Now we had paid for 1 year and got services for 10 mnth 28days.On the top there advocate has issued us notice against section 138.You think this way they can build clientbase.

I said to Ms Nitinder Kour Present time we don’t required Services.But She said to me Just place order when ever you need you can start services.then placed a order n give PDC of Rs.76, 685/-on 13/02/08.Chq No 742749 of Rs9, 585/- dated:29/02/08.n I strictly tell to Ms Nitinder Kour with out my knowledge don’t present this Cheq. But Times Business Solutions Ltd submit this chq. On dated:29/02/08 till date I din’t use there service.
But Mr.Sridharan Ramkumar from Times House, 7, Bahadurshah Zafar Marg New Delhi-110002 Send me a Legal Notic u/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 For the Same.
Tell me what is this I didn’t opted there Services but they are blaming me what is this just stop this thing n refund my all PDC.i don’t required this type o[censored]nethical thing .Please do necessary action against Times Business Solutions Ltd.
