I have registered and applied for a job on May 12 2022.Princy was following up my process but she keep on telling me to wait.I have waited nearly two years and then I have applied for a refund on Dec 2023 that was initiated in mail.They told to wait till 3 to 4 weeks patiently I have waited but no response.Then they sent the deed form to fill it up & I have done the same.When I visited in person they said that your amount will be refunded on Jan 26th 2024, then they again started to say next week, everytime I called on the given date. Still the amount is not refunded.I have tried contacting them no response from them. Now a days they are not responding as well. They said they will contact me in 10 mins regarding the update but it has been two days not yet received any calls or updates. Tired of their false hopes.Please help me to get my refund amount of 50000.It's emergency.

Iam k. Maria robert, i paid 91, 000 iam attaching that proof below till now iam not getting refund from them.
First the process start for singapure hotel job they told me the process will get over in a month so i paid 90, 000 on 17 th may 2023 after that they not arranged a single interview for me. If i ask what is an update they changing the update date for 8 months after that i got bad impression on them.

So i decided to cancel my process and get back my money. Iam canceld the process on 30 th dec 2023 after that they told, you will get refund in a week. After that they told you will get money in end of January 2024, after that they told you Will get money in 13 th feb 2024. Now they are telling you will get your money on 19. 02.24. I will update in this open platform i will get or not in 19 th feb 2024.

lam got that money from loan iam paying intreast for that money till now.iam not asking job just refund my money i need to return it.

I hope they will refund my 91, 000 as they told on 19.02.2024. I will update it!

Worst service and response in above job consultancy’s..

I have paid the funds of Rs 1laks and with registration fee of 1000 in the past five months back. Every time I called and ask for job status, keep on changing the dates, but unable to respond properly.

Hence I raised refund procedure to team, but again literally irritating extend for more weeks..

Pls intervention and support for refunds on high priority..

I had raised a complaint last week on delay in refunds. Even after that there has no action from their end to process it. Instead they asked me to withdraw the complaint. I have been making atleast 50calls a day and sent multiple mails and whatsApp messages. Having known the number, they are ignoring and cutting the call. They have not responded for any of it nor has had the BASIC COURTESY to call back
This shows that they do not even have the bare minimum respect for the customer.
It seems to be a total group who is inventing ways/excuses to not give back the money.

I REGRET CHOOSING THIS CONSULTANCY AND GIVE A WORD OF CAUTION TO ANYBODY PLANNING TO GO THERE- DO NOT FALL IN THEIR TRAP IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR MONEY AND TIME

My Bill no - 2021, 50, 000 + 1000 Paid on 20/Sep/2023 for this consultancy. Before scheduling the interview i rejected to take and requested for the refund. Keep on requesting the team to refund my money but no use. Please do not believe this consultancy they won't work as per the terms and conditions they put. In case you paid money then refund not possible.

I am reaching multiple team members. especially "+[protected]" number handling my request from September. please be respectful at your job mam. don't cheat people to earn. She always say 'we will confirm you through mail'. After 5 months she is telling to give me the confirmation mail and not refund. please don't believe and don't pay.

I registered with this consultancy in June 2022. I was promised of a job offer within 90 days. However they kept delaying and committing new dates everytime. Finally in Aug 2023 they said they cannot process this request. Hence I applied for a cancellation on Aug 11 2023.From that time I have followed up multiple times for refunds throught various modes. I have not got my money till date. WORST part is they do not respond by mails, phone, whatsApp.

I had opted this consultancy in June 2022 and paid 50000 for a job offer. I was promised of an offer in 90days. It was indefinitely delayed and postponed multiple times and in Aug 2023 I was told this cannot be processed further. Hence I applied for a refund in August. I have been following up multiple times and have not received my refund yet.
It is one of the WORST place for handling customers as they do not even pick up the phone even if you call any number of times. I have tried multiple options to reach them-phone calls, whatsApp messages, mails. THEY DO NOT RESPOND IN ANY MEANS. it is a huge stress to repeatedly followup with NIL response from their end. They are taking people for granted.

I joined your consultancy in 22/06/2023 with the expectation that the registration fee of 1000 would lead to job opportunities and interviews. However, despite the passage of a reasonable amount of time, I have not received any interview schedules or communication regarding potential job placements.

As per the terms outlined during my registration, I understand that the registration fee is refundable if the consultancy fails to schedule any interviews. Regrettably, the lack of communication on your end has left me with no choice but to request a refund for the registration fee.

I have made attempts to reach out to your team through various channels, but unfortunately, my inquiries have gone unanswered. I believe that open and transparent communication is crucial in a professional relationship, and I hope we can resolve this matter promptly.

My name is Alfaj.bill no bill no is 1231.My name is Alfaj. I was looking for a better job about 1 year i couldn't find one. So googled then found a consultancy with above 2k review and 4 star rating. So i thought they can help me to find a better opportunity. So i contacted them and also they said that i got shortlisted in 2 company from poland and singapore and for continuing the process you have to pay 1 lakh rupee advance. Also they assured the job within 4 -6 month. So i believed them and paid rs 1 lakh to there bank account. After that there no contact and they don't pick the call. One day they picked the call and told me within one month you will get your visa number then after one month they again called and told you will get it in July and then july they called and told you will get it on September. I got irritated and give them last chance when they said december. The loop again continues said on next year march.its been 1 year since i applied. I got and asked them for refund it's been 4 week no refund. I have attached the proof also

Amount paid on 2023 feburary but no response from them till now.

I applied for a job in sai education and job consultancy company to work in YHI company in singapore on this year (9/02/2023), they said that they will get me a job in three months and they took 70000 rupees from me, but after 9 months I got a job. They didn't buy it, so I lost faith in them and now I also need more money at home. So I have been keeping my request for refund of 70000 since many days but they are very slow to understand my situation and refund my amount which makes me very upset. So I request you to understand my plight and refund my money as soon as possible

I haven appllied sai education and job consultancy on 22.06.2023.and i have paid 1000 rupees for registration, After the payment they couldn't provide me proper responce. So i canceld the process, and applied for the refund, But still they didn't do anything, Kindly help me to get my money back

When I approached them, they said to wait till sep14. Then also I did not get any job offer. They did not response us properly .

Later since they kept on delaying the time period, I requested for refund onsep 14. But till now I did not receive any information regarding thatI request to refund my money back as soon as possible

For job seeking purpose I have consult with above organisation and paid RS. 50000. In mean while I got job on my own and same was informed to organisation reg refund. They also agreed on same and I raise request on 30may2023 reg refund but still now there is no proper response from organisation and even they don’t want to provide the proper communication also

When I approached them, they said to wait till Feb'23. Then also I did not get any job offer. They did not response us properly .

Later since they kept on delaying the time period, I requested for refund on[protected]. But till now I did not receive any information regarding that. My parents fix me a marriage so I need my refund immediately make as soon as possible. Thanks in advance
