My name is Thirunavukkarasu & my bill number is 561.

Last year in the month of October, I approached Sai education and job consultancy with a lot of expectations.
I enrolled for their job recruitment process in the Gulf location they made it sound easy and nice in the beginning but as soon as they received the fees from my end. They turned deaf towards all my needs. My calls and messages went unanswered for weeks and mails were not being responded to. After making about 20 to 30 attempts over calls and emails i would get 1 response saying they will get back to me later or tomorrow. They said I would have to pay 1000 to register and then 1, 00, 000 for the visa and job search process on receiving the job i would have to pay them the balance 1, 00, 000 in EMI's. All of which they gave me a timeline of 3 months And on failure of their services they would provide a full refund within 2 weeks.

As promised I paid them a sum of 1, 00, 000 on 17/10/2022 to initiate the process and on receiving this amount they started ignoring me. When I got the answers they would always say within this week they would get me the offer letter and start the visa process. Out of which nothing happened. On being tiered of their games on 01/01/23 I asked to stop my job process as per company policy within 3-4 weeks" will refund the amount on 31/01/2023 as the maximum date. as already 3 months were done. They did not refund the amount on the said date and again they were asking us time extension.

Since January it's 3 months now and they are still not giving my refund and always just giving me dates of the coming weeks. They need to understand that we are all common people and come to such organizations with a lot of hope. Put in our savings and have dreams related to our careers. They waste our time and also the potential for our money. I need to get this refund at the earliest.

Following the complaint, they called me and informed me that the refund will be processed by Wednesday (March 29 2023) at the latest.. I'm waiting to see if this will happen on 29th March.

I'm Rajkumar I'm applied January 23rd 2023, photographer job in Singapore they promised getting visa for me just 45 day's but still I'm not getting any proper response Please help me. I want my refund amount quickly as possible
They are only gave fake promises only
Once you paid the amount no response and waiting for update that only they gave to me till date, i asked atleast i want to see your old clients visa or phone number,...

I'm Rajkumar applied for photographer job in Singapore, January 23rd 2023, starting stage they are says 45 day's enough for getting visa. But still not received any proper answer, only say we are waiting for update sir please wait that's only i received from their said, and i had to saw some nagative about sai and asked to their staff can't get proper answer, some days after I'm calling so many times no answer, then i decided to cancel the job process, and inform through mail. Still getting no proper response, please help me. i want my refund ammount they are just time wasting, they're thinking we only busy in this world. Worst service please help me. I want to my money quickly

My name is Nithiyanantham, one month before I maked one complaint against Sai education and job consultancy. After 3 weeks I get half payment ( total 1, 00, 000 Rs) 50, 000. After they told after one week we pay balance amount. I accepted but every week last they told same answer. Still they are not pay. Now they are not attending my call also. Already totally months finished. Last year I payed 1, 00, 000 Rs now coming March 1 year complete. Still I didn't get my money. Every day my family fighting me. Reason for Sai education and job consultancy. I'm need balance amount please help me.

You heard, read and agreed the same… We have preceded everything with your concern

Note: We have clearly mentioned about the job process. It’s purely doing the job process with HR tie - ups only.

Because, if you’re applying the job process directly the candidates couldn’t fulfil the employer’s levels of expectations and Government approvals.

If in case the candidates don’t have proper skills and lags. Our HR’s will provide the guidance and support and complete everything soon as possible

So, that we are recruiting the candidates directly and providing the job placements through the HR process.

Based on, that we are informing to everyone who’s started the job process in Sai Education and Job Consultancy Pvt Ltd and we have given by written also.

But, you’re unsecured, misunderstand and approached randomly asked about your job process directly during the process started within one month period

So, you got the wrong information and you cornered us

The Indians are working there for the job also

If you’re started the job process the HR knows about the job process and the approvals.

You can’t get the job details anywhere… The professional peoples understand about the processing and times for the screening, shortlisting, interviews and approvals.

Before the completion of process time duration

As per your request we have committed the refund time and given the mail assurance

But, before the cancellation, you have raised the complaint in Cyber Crime about us

We are cheated you…. We are fraudulent consultant and all

You have received the payment by the Police involvement?

We have given the final assurance to refund the initial payment not a involved by the Police

Yes……. Based on your complaint Police came and enquired about the issue

We have explained and given the proper papers. They resolved the issues and took the return complaint also.

They understood, it’s you completely misunderstanding the process

Why you’re hiding the truth?

That, day you have entered our Organization regarding your refund amount

You got, some slow process during the refunding time because of the bank clearance

Our team has been informed the same. But, you have spoken unwantedly and abusing language

So, our staff has shouted you.

Our female staff heartless women means?

You have spoken with the female without dignity

You spoke like with your family women’s right?

So, please tell me who you’re?

Everyone, have a rights to talk and ask about the issues. No one have rights to spoke unnecessarily at Organization and female’s right?

It’s a basic common sense if, the contact numbers busy with others. That’s not means blocked

But, you don’t have this basic sense you’re created the issues and till now.

Maybe, you well aware of the IPC Section 499.

But, we have already raised the complaint against you for abusing the female staff names in the public forum

I have registered on sai education and job consultancy on 23/07/2022. My registration number is 19741. For reputed company job they asked me to pay 50000 and i paid 50000 on 10/08/2022 they said within 90 days your will get an job i waited for 100 days no proper response from them so i cancel the application on 22/11/2022 they said within 4 weeks you will get an refund amount. My name is Nithiyanantham my bill no: 3051. Last year may 3rd I payed Rs 1, 00, 000 for Singapore job. That time they told maximum 6 months you getting Singapore job. If not getting after 6 months you getting your refund money. But still I not getting money. Last year Nov 29th I send one mail for cancel job process. They are accepted. After they asked 3 to 4 weeks time. OK, I accepted they request. But after one month they asked more 10 days (Jan 10th). That request also I accepted. After 10 days (Jan 10th) asked more 18th (Jan 28th) days. That time they told this is final request. OK that request also I accept. But still they told we will inform soon. What can I do. They are playing my life. It is not good. I need my refund money. Daily I can't begging when I get money

Sai Consultancy is a fraud consultant based in Chennai. He cheated the graduates in the name of job opportunities. Very worst company in all section, initially they ask 1000 for job search after that they will call you 2 weeks later and inform good salary package therefore you need to pay 50 k remaining amount in salary deduction totally 1lakh or 2 lakh different package depending on your priority of job after that no body will answer your calls & default mails you will receive i am still struggling with them to get my refund amount even after 5 month's. For this comment also they will reply like a genuine company these people are eligible for fresher jobs only

Even the 3rd time refund date today(12/12/2022) they are missed, nobody answering the phone call, 1st time someone had attended the call i informed to me that their madam will contact me for refund. still no madam is picking up the phone call

I got enrolled with Sai Groups of Organization on 6/04/2022 the bill number is 2940, for job in Poland, they said max by 4 months they'll provide me visa but so far i didn't get any positive reply from them, so i decided to ask for refund on 12/10/2022 after two to three days they said the refund will be on 10/11/2022, when i asked them about the refund, they still saying just wait we will inform you, I'm getting only one reply from them...
