As per our agreement, I have paid a total of Rs. 1, 01, 000 (Rs. 1, 000 on 12/10/2023 and Rs. 1, 00, 000 on 20/11/2023) for services that, unfortunately, did not yield any job opportunities within the agreed-upon 90 days.

Having patiently waited until October 19th, 2024, which marks almost one year and three month from the commencement of our agreement they didn’t scheduled a single interview but they asked to pay 1000 for scheduling 3 interviews, I find myself compelled to seek a refund as per the terms outlined in our agreement. On October 19th, 2024, I formally submitted my request for a refund via email, attaching my original bill copy for your reference.
Regrettably, I have yet to receive any communication or refund from them. Despite my consistent follow-ups via email and phone, the responses have been inadequate, with promises of confirmation and repeated delays.

In mail they will used say we will confirm it soon. In phone they reply was improperly and rude. While process intimating they informed refund within 10 to 25 days only by postponing it every time.
The phone conversations have been particularly discourteous and unhelpful.

I wish to express my concern and dissatisfaction with the lack of progress and transparency in this matter. Attached to this complaint, you will find copies of my original bill and our previous email correspondences, outlining the history of this issue.

I'm Dhanush. I got a call from Sai Group Of Companies regarding job opportunity on 2nd April 2024 and I paid Rs.1000 as registration amount. After that they called me on Apr 26th 2024 that they have a vacancy in IBM (System Admin) role. They asked me to pay Rs.50000 as Initial Payment after getting job I need to pay Rs.50000. I agreed to their terms and conditions and I paid Rs.50000 as Initial Payment on May 7th 2024. They said it will take 2 months time for the process completion. If I did'nt get the job within 2 months they will refund the payment amount. I waited for 2 months and they called me on July 23rd 2024 that it may take some delay in the process and asked me to wait for 3 months and they informed me a date as Oct 28 2024 i'll get a offer letter from IBM. But they failed to do that. Again they asked me to wait for 1 month and on Nov 28th 2024 ill recieve the offer letter. Again they failed to do that and asked me to wait till Feb 2025. I applied for the refund process on Nov28th to give back my money but they are giving fake promises and delaying my refund amount.

I need that money urgently to pay my fees for higher studies so I request them to pay my money Rs 50000 back as soon as possible

I have paid Rs.1 Lacs for Singapore job applied and Rs.1000 for registration fees paid for 13/07/2023... I spoke to a person Amutha and Fathima they are works there job consultancy MD. Vijay. they are spoke to promised providing job for singapore accounting position.job duration time for 3 months.so i have arranged for borrowed from a loan.then i am paid for 1 lacs rupees transfer to bank account with proof below document pdf and bank tranfer.if didn't job then they will return full amount refundable promised.then am waiting for more than 3 months no more reply there side ill call to amutha she said to some quota issue so waiting for more than 2 months confirm job provide for fake promise then am wating for more than 2 months and again spoke to me amutha same reason for company quota problem so pls waiting again 2 months continusly they are same reasons more than 1.6 years completed so i decided to refund applied.they are promise to 1month so i am waiting then one more offer for work permit you go to 30 to 45days immediately provide on for accounting filed so i belive to again waiting then again they are fake promise compleded including fake medical checkup sinagapore process. for 6 months totally 2 years complited no one job providing to me very very biggest fake consultant then last finally they are spoke to me IPA applied for singapore waiting for 10days promise to me.no approval singapore mom so i am finally decided to refund request process start they are spoke to me nov 16 2024 give to me for refund fake promise then waiting no refund then again we are clearance for our client so waiting for one week same as still now one week wait one week wait same dialogue continuously spoke to me for there side.last fathima spoke to me 6jan2025 refund amount for Rs.1 Lacs 1thousand fake promised.still now no rundable please give to me refund for amount Rs, 1 Lacs 1 thousand rupees immediately.Kindly take necessary action and helping me to get my money refund ASAP/ guide me to the next step of higher escalation to get the refund for Rupees 1 Lacs and 1 thousand... Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Vasanth Pandiyan, am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the services provided by Sai Education and Job Consultancy, located at No. 163, Sai Building, First Floor, Shridevikuppam Main Rd, Valasaravakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

On 22/07/2024, I paid ₹1, 00, 000 online for job placement services after registering with the agency for ₹1, 000. I was informed that a job would be secured within three months and was assured that i[censored]nsuccessful, a refund would be processed within 14 days. However, after the three-month period, I contacted the consultancy and was told that the refund would take 3 to 4 weeks. The 3-4 week period ended on 23/11/2024, but I still have not received the refund.

They are now attempting to unnecessarily extend the refund period. I have all necessary proof, including call recordings, WhatsApp messages, agreement documents, and payment receipts, as evidence of my transactions and the commitments made by the consultancy.

I demand the immediate refund of ₹1, 01, 000 as per the agreement. If the refund is not processed immediately, I will file a complaint seeking compensation for the financial delay and the emotional stress this situation has caused. I will escalate the matter legally through my lawyer and file a complaint with the consumer protection authorities.

I also wish to highlight that they promised a secure job placement with Daimler, which has not materialized.

My husband (Name- Selvaraj Chitrambalam) applied a job in Singapore through Sai education and Job consultancy. They make an agreement for this and getting 101000rs money from my husband at January13th 2023. The agreement is they give a job visa within 90 days otherwise return my money at the month last. They dont provide any interviews or offer letter to my husband till now . So I applied for a refund in June month. They tell that within 2 weeks we will refund your money without deduction. But every time they tell another dates and same reason (we will complete as soon as possible) and dont give my money. I am waiting 7 months for my money. They dont give my money ..

I have applied job for Singapore through sai job consultancy, Initially they asked to pay 1000 rupees for registration after that they informed me your profile got selected in prime structures engineering pvt ltd in Singapore, pay 1 lakh for visa and job process, Job getting delay and there is no response from this consultancy, I asked refund on March 2024, still now they are not responding, I want my refund, more than one year still now not proceeding my refund, delaying more for refund, kindly arrange my refund soon

I am Akshaya, (Bill No.1095 dated 07.03.2023), I approached SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY PVT LTD on March 2023 for job consultancy services, specifically seeking placement in Singapore. The company promised to find a job as per my requirement. After verifying my education qualification and experience and confirming my requirement and the company asked me to pay Rs.1, 00, 000/- on 07.03.2023, towards job processing fee and Rs.1, 000/- on 03.03.2023, towards registration fee, totally Rs.1, 01, 000/-, through Google Pay with Bill No.1095. All my requirement was agreed by the company that to secure a job within a period of four months from date of payment. In spite of several follow ups and after (4 months) expiration of time period, the company has neither scheduled any job interviews nor provide any suitable job opportunity. I have made several attempts to communicate with the company, including multiple visits and phone calls and mails. Yet, all my efforts have only resulted in false assurances with no substantial action or refund. After persistent approach to their office, after 12 months (almost after one year) on 07.08.2024, they undertook to pay the amount, but they wanted me to rescind the contract and by signing a letter, they promised to pay the money Rs.1, 01, 000/- back within two days. Believing them I signed the letter but after two days, when I approached them, they started to telling reasons again and asked further period of time and further prolonged to pay. Because of this traumatic situation, I am facing issues with my family both financially and mentally. I applied for refund before 14 months, i.e., when they failed to provide a suitable job opportunity, but up-to-date, they giving vague replies and false promises. I really got fed up with the company and their promises and I feel so cheated by their actions. I would be thankful, if this forum helps me in getting my amount through this platform, or kindly guide me to approach the appropriate authority to give a complaint, to get back my refund amount Rs.1, 01, 000/-.

There is no responding my phone calls daily minimum I called 200 times Mail also done They give one date in that date also Iam not Geeting refund money. As per the agreement with consultancy they are not providing my refund amount. Iam waited for painterly 8 months so Iam Rasing the complaint.

This is in regards to the refund requested from Sai Consultancy for the fees paid of 1 Lakh and 1, 000 paid for registration.
I registered with Sai Consultancy for their employment services in Sep 2023. They promised to provide me a job in Singapore in 3-4 months. After 4 months they asked me to wait for another 3 months saying there is recession going on and also the government is not approving passes. I trusted them and waited for 3 more months, now they are asking to wait for 3 more months citing some lame excuses. After that I decided to ask for refund and sent them a mail requesting for refund. Since I didn't receive refund for 3 months I raised a complaint in this platform.

I resolved my previous complaint as they said the refund process will be on hold if i wont resolve the complaint, believing them I resolved the complaint and later they paid me 50k in June last week. Its been 2 months now that I didn't receive the remaining 50k, they are not answering my calls too. I want the refund amount immediately or I will take legal action as I'm urgently in need of money.

Me and Wife applied for Singapore job 3 Months before (03/Jun/2024) and Paid 2, 02, 000 for both. When we register with them they commited that they will send us with in 3 months and 20-25 days they will arrange for skype interview.. But Now almost 100 days gone and not happened anything.. Now am asking for refund but they are not responding. Please help me to get the refund as soon as possible.

They didn't offer job offer as they told. So I asked for refund amount. Now it's been more than a month still didn't receive refund.

A year back I have joined here on 11/08/2023 for Singapore opportunity and paid 1 lakhs. They talked nicely and gave confidence that they can give a job within 3 to 4 month.
So, I have waited but they didn't. They said to wait wait wait all the time. But I cancelled after 3 month on 25/10/2023. They said refund will be completed after month.
I followed up many month and visited office and requested to complete the refund. Everytime they said from HR have to return the money but it's all fake. Every month they gave some date (fake dates) that they will complete but they won't. All my trust are broken. After 6 month from cancelled date on 7/05/2024 they refunded 50k. Remaining money they said they will complete soon but no.
It's been already 4 month they haven't send the remaining amount. The only term they use is sir wait, sir wait will complete soon.
I have called many time they won't respond.

Before joining I have done many research but because of my family situation I didn't had a choice to trust them. But this is the worst dicision that I took. Please open you eyes guys don't trust with the words.

I have applied job for Singapore In Sai education and Job consultancy located in valasaravakam dated Nov and I paid sum of Rs 1, 00, 000 and registration fee of Rs 1000 dated 28/10/2023.
The organisation people told that I’ll be placed by beginning of Jan 2024 if not the amount will be refunded on respective month itself but months gone it’s been 9 months I haven’t received Andy interview call or refund simply the organisation madams are telling “We did not receive money from HR side” I don’t know which HR is collecting money from 3rd persons pocket and delaying refund I took personal loan and paid Rs 1 lack and am paying interest and principal amount for that.
But these people still asking 10 days 10 days time when eva I call them
even they will not pick your call once they collect money from candidates.

Then I get one offer in November month
And I paid for job 50, 000.
The job was delaying so I cancelled my application and refund.
And June 15 I got my money 50, 000
And they asked your application fees also refund by EOD.

But till now didn't get refund form and not getting proper response
Always they telling soon you will get .

Hi, my name is Maha Sri and my bill number is 2366. I applied for a job in Singapore through a consultancy. They asked me to pay 1 lakh rupees as an initial payment to start the procedure, which I paid on December 14. They assured me that the process would be completed within 3 months. However, they have not made any progress and asked me to wait until June. I applied for a refund on April 4, and they promised it would be refunded within 3 to 4 weeks. When I called on May 4, they did not answer the phone and only messaged me saying they would start the online procedure in two days. After a week, they said they would send a deed with a specified date for the refund. Finally, they mentioned the 25th and asked me to sign the deed. Today, they emailed me saying the refund will be processed by the 30th. refund as soon as possible.

Request you to refund my amount at the earliest or will have to take legal action as we are urgently in need of money.
