Dear complaint department,

I have complaint against to sai ram air condition (Services provider company) in north delhi. Mr, chetan singh has resolved my split air condition issue in june 2018 their is some gas lickage problem for that charged 1600 rs and given 6 month guarantee. Since last 2 month i called him continuously to recheck as i am facing a problem again in air condition. He always said i will come but he never came. Now the condition is this he do not answering my phone.

Regarding for the same i called in just dial 2 time ([protected]) to contact him as i got his number from just dial only so may be they can help me to resolve my problem but i was wrong they did not take any action.

It is my humble request to please resolve my problem as soon as possible... As it is very difficult to stay in home in this weather without air condition even can't sleep at night too. I hope you understand my situation and will take necessary action against him.
