Sai Water Technology — water purifier amc contract

I have paid sai water technology towards 1 year amc for my kent ro water purifier. My water purifier has a problem and they are not attending to my complaints. The value of the amc contract was 1500 for a year and the validity period was august 2017 to august 2018.

I have made numerous calls to them as there is a problem with my water purifier and it needs urgent repairs. They are not even picking up my calls.
