Sainik Welfare Organization India [Swo] — Refund of project p-5 located at Lucknow

I Akhilesh Kumar Pandey registered for a plot in p-5 scheme located at Lucknow vide CB/Lko/p-5/1200 sqft/085.
As the said project is cancelled, I have applied for refund in 2015.
The same has not been initiated yet.
Kindly complete the refund action at the earliest
