The payment of rs 740000 paid through sbi cheque for purchase of plot no 265 of defence vatika(giringaput), bhubaneswar to swo newdelhi in year 2013.The plot was supposed to be handed over by 2014 after basic devlopment of the plots. Lt col rakesh rana was the director of the sainik welfare organisation. Till date neither the plot is allotted nor any body responds to the phone call for refund of the above said amount paid.Tried several times...

I paid 5 lakh to purchase a plot in defence intercity vatika project in bhubaneswar through swo in year 2013, but still now neither I get possession nor get any patta. so i request to refund my money. I think it was a fraud project. Thank u. Plz refund money...

I booked a plot at bokaro plan of swo India in 2013 and paid the money through drafts as per payment terms. The plot was to be handedover by 2015. After the full payment they never replied or contacted. They are not replying to letters or mails. Phone no are either nonavailable or non responded. It seems that I have been looted through this company. Plz help in getting contact of the company & getting back my monwy if possible....

Sir, i have book plot from SWO INDIA LTD in its " Lucknow Veer Awas" project faizabad road, opp Sherwood engg college Barabanki Lucknow road. My registration no is CB/LUCKNOW/P-83/C-034, and i have also paid advance of Rs 906114.69 to SWO. but til date neither got plot nor they attend my phone, please help me.

I Rakesh kumar nirala Ex navy purchasing plot in bangalore in durga north city through SWO after full payment of 1875000, in aug 2014, after 1 year builder srinivas gowda registered plot, but he is doing fraud with me, he had already registerd the plot before me to other person, I had mailed to SWO many times regarding this issue but neither builder nor SWO doing anything, swo not responding neither giving back money nor plot,...

1. we have purchase plot no e-007 in kargil veer awas phase -1. sale deed is completed in aug 2013. mutation is also done. no development is being done by swo. we are not getting physical hand over by swo.
2. we have booked plot in kargil veer awas phase -2. cb/danapur/032/120 in sep 2013. we have cleared the payment in may 2014. till now swo is not registering my plot.
3. swo does all transaction from his corporate office...

SWO INDIA chairman col Rakesh Rana Kirti Chakra has duped nearly 600 ex servicemen on pretext of giving land at Bhubaneswar. He promised to give land by 2011 but now clearly denying to refund money or plot. I'm a victim of Bhubaneswar Giringaput mauza land scam ....

Myself Mr Akhilesh Chandra an inspector in B.S.F applied for a plot in defence warrior society in Ranchi (Jharkhand) through swo india in P- 55. A plot (1806 s/ft) allotted to me through Regn. No-16522 by 10/09/2010 and i received a set of paper indicated rules & regulation in which the organisation declared that, the project will be completed within a time frame (at a max 18 months). I made the first payment by pay order no M311406...

My wife on behalf me have booked two plot from swo india who has air launched project through their website www.swo.co.in in april 2013. Since there is a provision provided by them to ask for refund . I requested for refund of my all paid up money through a aplication provided by "swo india". I have sent refund request on 21 nov 2013 and swo has received on 25 nov2013 the same. however when I telephonic-ally talk, they do not give...

I Akhilesh Kumar Pandey registered for a plot in p-5 scheme located at Lucknow vide CB/Lko/p-5/1200 sqft/085.
As the said project is cancelled, I have applied for refund in 2015.
The same has not been initiated yet.
Kindly complete the refund action at the earliest

I have paid all money for plot in E block in Kargil veer awas project. Till date NOC not issued for registration of my plot no 110. Kindly resolve and issue NOC for registration.

I had purchased a plot in SWO RANCHI project which is located at Kanke Ranchi.
The name of project is P55 Defence warrior Residency. My plot no is 58. Registration of project is completed but mutation not completed and plot is not handed over to me.
Please help me.

Sir not allotment of plot since 2009

I DK SING serving soilder of Indian Navy purchased a plot with swo india a NGO in 2014at danapur patna phase 2. I paid an amount of 1018000 which i took on loan and paying an interest of 14.5 %. They neither refunded the money nor giving the plot. Swo launched this scheme in almost 37 cities for soilder and cheated them all. They booked the plot through NGO but taken amount in the account of a company swo india ltd. Presently they are selling the callcutta project same as allahabad and gwalior. They will there after say that they hv nothing to repay victims.
I request to concern authority to look in to the matter and stop them from selling calcutta project. It is a hidden deal n all purchaser are not aware.
Further 1000 of cases are pending against them. 11 FIR at dwarka . Cs os 137/ 18 at delhi high court. Bubneshwar. Patiala house court are some of the examples. 156 cases r in delhi consumer court but they r not following orders of consumer court.
Kindly look in to the matter.

Sir, I have purchased plot no 1190/39 measuring 1500 sq ft in P-55 Ranchi and registration done on 10/07/2012. However till date SWO has not given the possession of the land.
