Sainik Welfare Organization India [Swo] — Refund/Non allotment of plot no 39 in Ranchi P55

Sir, I have purchased plot no 1190/39 measuring 1500 sq ft in P-55 Ranchi and registration done on 10/07/2012. However till date SWO has not given the possession of the land. So request through this forum that my money may be refunded or possession be allowed. My address is JWO SK SINGH.MCC, THQ, AFS Maharajpur, Gwalior MP 474020
