Salary Account — deactivate the wallet assist plan

I am ashish kumar & account no[protected]. My registered mobile no [protected].in my account, wallet assist plan activate 1 years before. From now, i do not want this plan. I want to deactivate this plan. Sir, please deactivate this plan (Wallet assist plan) from my account. Please take it on priority basis.

Please help me for this plan deactivate.

I already mail to ICICI Bank and he told that after 24 June. It is deactivated. But at 9 July, Money is debit from my account
