Sale Bazaar — I have placed an order on "Sale Bazaar" but no response

On 12th of May 2021, I had placed an order on SALE BAZAAR and made a payment of rupees 11, 000/- for 43" television but I have not received any confirmation mail or messages from the SALE BAZAAR TEAM.
After tracking the order
The status is only " packed for the shipment" till date.
