On online site https://salebazaar.in/ I have ordered a Crompton Ozone Desert
Air Cooler- 75L; with Everlast Pump, Auto Fill, 4-Way Air Deflection and High
Density Honeycomb pads; White & Teal for 2198/_ including shipping charges
on 28 May 22 at 07:59 AM. (pdf attatched). Order no is #SB110485. I have paid
the above said amount to that site with my paytm wallet with reference no
[protected] and order id 146992_[protected]. I have received email
also after payment. But after that I am trying to contact with seller on mobile no
+[protected],[protected] and email id [protected]@salebazaar.in which is
available on website but both mobile number is switched off and no reply on
email. After that I have searched on net about this site, where I found that this is
a fraud site. Many videos on YouTube and many reviews on sites are available,
which are showing its a fraud site. Now I request you to do the needful to refund
my money and block this type of fraud site which are openly doing fraud with
online customers.

I ordered a mini refrigerator in salebazar. That is of brand amazonbasics. They had me pay 2499 online before the order has been delivered. Now they are not responding the calls and mails I have just recieved the payment done mail. I need the product or else I need the full amount refunded back

On this forum i saw huge number of complaints...it's really a a very big fraud and cheater...as in my case one Mr Rakesh Kumar has called me from his customer care No. [protected] and told me if you want refund you download app " refund " from playstote and apply for online refund with your banking details...i smelled something fishy and avoided download. I suggest all fellow customers of salebazar to not to fall in trap of this cheaters otherwise you may loose all your money from your account...BE CAREFUL
If someone knows the procedure to apprehand such culprits/cheaters please share here for public benifit.

They given me order no 727315. I paid Rs 17210 online. Customer care told me that your order will be deliver up to Mat 10, 2021. More than 6 Months are over but product till date not received..
I had many times called but they are not received call. Checking order details on website many time I received a message always that product came from out of country and its stuck in custom so wait for 22 days.
Their customer care no is not working.

Please help me and take action against this fake ecommerce Web site.and Try give me refund.

Sir, till date neither I have received my order i.e. ‘TV Samsung 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart TV (UA43TE50FAKXXL)’ nor I have received my payment amount in my bank account.

After seeing ad in many places about sale-bazaar.com (Big Bazaar), I placed an order for Samsung 108cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart TV (UA43TE50FAKXXL)@Sale-bazaar.com ₹11, 999.00 for 1 item on 08.06.2021. I paid Rs.11, 999 as mentioned in the ad. I also received a payment confirmation through SMS which said my order is being processed.
After that there is no news about of my order. Their telephone numbers are not working. I sent at least 10 emails to them but there is no response. I am not sure whether the company is genuine or fraud. I am still unable to contact them. You can see the website sale-bazaar.com for various products. How can I get my product or money back? Screenshot of the website, the ad and the acknowledgement of my payment is attached.

Kindly Give me update regarding my refund amount.

I placed the order after i received call from number [protected] when was surfing you tube and clicked on an ad of SALE BAZAAR, when i clicked it a fake portal of BIG BAZAAR opened up.

I placed the order after that when i am calling the above number its coming switched off.

I confirn with my virar BIG BAZAAR ABOUT MY ORDER THEY SD IT FAKE.

Also today i clicked on the link to test them again, they called me up back from another number [protected] i ask them to check about the order that i had placed with them yesterday ie 2 june 2021. She said she does not have any record of my order placed yesterday. And she kept on asking my bank transaction details which i did not share.

I have placed the order on 09th February 2021 for LG 49 inch smart TV on sale-bazaar.com & transferred Rs. 17710 for the purchase through online payment.

my order ID is 577674, dated 09th February 2021. However, I have not received the product till 02nd May, 2021.

In between I tried to contact their toll free number but that was not working. I am attaching the sales invoice that I received in my mail.

Several times I have contact their customer care & one lady named Priyanka, informed that my product is stuck at Mumbai Airport & I need to fill one verification form to clear the goods. Subsequently I received through email, and later on 09th April, without delivering the TV, they have sent me Invoice with "status shown completed".

Moreover, they ask me to contact Fast Box Delivery service for courier driver details, for which Fast Box replying by email that "Dear customer, Surely we will deliver your product, Please maintain your trust in us. Our backend team is working on it. They will respond to you as soon as possible. Once you will receive a response from them, our team will definitely deliver your product as you have mentioned your billing address." and There toll free number([protected]) is also not working.

If you want I can provide all the email correspondence of both sites in PDF file, but unfortunately Iam not able to file it here as PDF file is not allowed.

I have sent 100s of emails of sale bazaar and Fast box service and called them 1000 times. I don’t have any confidence on this both site & hence Kindly look into this & arrange to get my money, Rs.17710 back.

I have ordered on December 28th 2020. My order no422201. I have given compliant for nch no 2583509. Company will reply to nch company it tell refund soon & four days reply to company i will on February 3rd. I WILL SEND TO COMPANY FOR MAIL. I WILL GIVE PROOF TO EVERY WITH MAIL.. THEN COMPANY IT WILL SEND TO MY MAIL. REFUND SOON.
