After seeing their ad in many places about sale-bazaar.com (Big Bazaar), I placed an order for 43' Samsun full Hd LED on 12.3.2021. I paid Rs.11000 as mentioned in the ad. I also received a payment confirmation through SMS which said my order is being processed.
After that there is no news about fate of my order. Their telephone numbers are sometimes working or sometimes got error "server unreachable or automatically disconnected. I sent emails to them but there is no response. I am not sure whether the company is genuine or fraud. I am still unable to contact them. You can see the website sale-bazaar.com for various products. How can I get my product or money back? Screenshot of the website, the ad and the acknowledgement of my payment is attached.
