Salebhai.com — refund - product damaged in transit

I ordered two boxes of osmania biscuits (500 gms) on 3rd october 2018 and it was delivered on 15th october 2018. It was received in a complete crushed and damaged position (Pictures attached).

I called the customer support and they asked me to share pictures after which i received an email from them for apologising and saying that since it was a fragile product it is bound to get damaged and hence i am not entitled for a refund.

Their refund policy no where mentions that fragiel products are not entitled for a refund. It clearly says you can make a refund request if your product is damaged in transit and which is clearly my case.

I replied on a email and have not received any response from them for more than 48 hours now. I want a refund or a replacement. They cant just
