I ordered a product on 30th aug 2017 with order id 52617
After that i accidentally order one more product but that was not what i want, (Order id-52630), so i cancelled it on the spot, but they said i will get my refund after 8 days.
After 8 days i got a msg saying that we having difficulties in processing your refund so we are processing it in salebhai wallet. I try to contact them via phone and mail. Phone goes busy every time and no reply on mail.
Then after 2 days i checked salebhai wallet and found that the money was deducted by 3/4 of wallet money saying you cancelled order.
Now i stuck, my refund stucked in salebhai wallet, no one listening from their side. Looking help from this forum now.
