Dear Sir/Madam,
On saturday[protected] at 3:24PM, I've received a spurious call wherein the fraudsters have debited Rs.7888/-(SALEMALL_EPAYKERELA) from my SBI credit card stating enhancement of my credit card limit. So, kindly help me out if you can in getting refund for the above fraudulent transaction which I've received a call from mobile number-[protected] / [protected]. It's peculiar that they had all my credit card information like card number, full name and tactically without giving me any chance to think over, they disturbed by calling me thrice . I accept the failure on my part for providing the information. But, still I request your kind team to take up the issue and try to probe the things so that the hard earned money of the lay man would not go in vein. And, over the internet, I've seen almost all fraudulent transactions are happening on EPAYKERALA gateway itself.
