I have a complaint to make on MTS.
The MTS customer care informed me that the bill waiver request was made and it will be done.
But still now am yet to receive a proper response.
Now as they have made a complaint with you. I need justice from you as your fellow colleague has talked too much to me.
Below mail for your reference. I was trusting them that the bill will be waived but am surprised to know that it was not done...
Am curious now.
You have expressed your concern in the email dated Thu, 30th July '2015 regarding postpaid MTS number [protected] about waiver in bill, we would like to inform you that we have gone ahead and raised a request for waiver and it would be processed post fact findings and subject to the approval of the concerned department. The request reference number is 5600621. We would update you on this concern within 22 working hours.
I want to raise a complaint on MTS.
You please tell me what will be your fees.???
I will be also going to consumer court stating all the informations.
I need your kind advice now. Thanks.

SAM — Very low speed data card connection
Hello friends. my data card no. [protected] MTS data card has very low speed and very cheap customer care support. I should have reviewed these comments before buying MTS. now am really frustrated. Hell with them..
