Samanta Communications Pvt. Ltd. — issuance of pan card

My wife smt. Baisakhi dey applied for a pan card to the samanata communications pvt. Ltd.in march, 2016 through online and paid rs. 349/- for the purpose. My wife's customer code : a06865. But they arose queries about difference in home address as mentioned in the application and that noted in her aadhar cars. Actually during the period smt. Dey shifted from old address to new constructed building with didfferent address. She complied the query mentioning the fact and also uploaded image of electric bill for new address. I requested them time & again to send the pan card to any of the two addresses. Unfortunately, they did not take any action to work out her purpose. Under such circumstances, i would request your kind favour to look into the matter so that my wife can get her pan card.
