Samarth Infotech — fake company

I got a message on mobile from monster as screen shot is attached then i called on this number, concerned person name was suman she told to visit govindpuri, gali 10, plot 1106, first floor for interview. Interviewer was in his cabin then i was called inside after process he took 600 rs from me and told that u are selected for samarth infotech company and u will get welcome mail and call next day. Also told that u will get salary hike 10 % from current. After coming to home, i searched on google and i found no such company is there and mobile number he shared is switched off. Many such fraud consultancies are operating in delhi without any name of company no registration number, so i request concerned authority to take action so that we can save time, money and faith. These fraud people need to be put behind bars. Thats why today people are loosing faith due to such fake people, pls take sturn action
